FORMULATION

Each tablet contains:

Eperisone ………………………………………………………………………………………….. 50 mg

 

INDICATIONS

It is used in the symptomatic treatment of muscle spasm and spasticity. It may also have vasolidator action.

 

CONTRAINDICATION

Patients with history of hypersensitivity to any ingredients of the drug. Patients with severe myasthenia.

 

ADVERSE REACTION

Weakness, dizziness or drowsiness may occur with the use of this drug. Discontinue use or decrease dosage at the first sign of such symptoms.

 

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

The usual adult dosage for oral use is 1 tablet 3 times daily after meals. Or as prescribed by the physician.

 

 

DRUG INTERACTION

There is a report that disturbances in ocular accommodation occurred after the concomitant use with tolperisone hydrochloride a similar compound to this drug and methocarbamol.
